Who is RESETmeno for?

RESETmeno® is designed for women navigating menopause who want to better understand themselves, build confidence and move forward with greater clarity.

Is RESETmeno suitable if I'm postmenopausal?

Yes. Although many women begin RESETmeno during perimenopause, the programme is equally relevant after menopause. Its focus is on understanding yourself, navigating change and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

How is RESETmeno delivered?

RESETmeno is delivered digitally through Notion, an easy-to-use online platform that you can access from your computer, tablet, or phone.

Do I need a Notion account?

Yes — you’ll need a free Notion account to duplicate the programme into your own workspace. This gives you the best possible experience and allows you to personalise RESETmeno as you move through it.

Is RESETmeno self-paced?

Yes. Although RESETmeno is designed as an eight-week programme, you can move through it at your own pace.

How long will I have access?

Once you've duplicated the programme into your own workspace, your copy is yours to keep.

What happens after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive immediate access to RESETmeno. You'll also receive an email with simple setup instructions.

How do I add the template to my workspace?

Open the link and click “Duplicate” in the top-right corner of the page. This creates your own private editable copy inside your Notion account.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes — the programme works on desktop, tablet, and the Notion mobile app.

Can I customise the workspace?

Absolutely — you can edit, personalise, and adapt the workspace however you like.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of RESETmeno and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not generally offered. If you experience any technical issues or are unable to access the programme, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I share my access?

No. RESETmeno is licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

I’m new to Notion — is it beginner friendly?

Yes — the workspace is designed to be simple and easy to follow, even if you’re completely new to Notion.

What if I lose my access link?
