These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of RESETmeno®, a digital wellbeing programme created by CalmerAge®.

By purchasing and accessing RESETmeno, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Programme Access

RESETmeno is a self-paced digital programme delivered online.

Following your purchase, you will receive personal access to the programme materials for your individual use.

2. Personal Use Licence

Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the programme or its materials without prior written permission from CalmerAge.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within RESETmeno,  including text, guided reflections, worksheets, exercises, templates, downloads and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Judith Francis, trading as CalmerAge, unless otherwise stated.

No part of the programme may be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Educational Purpose

RESETmeno is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not intended to replace medical, psychological or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or symptoms.

5. Individual Results

Every woman's experience of menopause and midlife is different.

Participation in RESETmeno does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Your experience will depend on your individual circumstances and how you choose to engage with the programme.

6. Payments and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of RESETmeno and the immediate access provided after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by UK consumer law, this means your usual 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once access has begun.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmerAge® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, RESETmeno.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. Programme Updates

CalmerAge may update, improve or modify RESETmeno from time to time to maintain and enhance the quality of the programme.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
